2007 Spyker C8 Laviolette

Spyker is a Dutch car company that built cars in the early 1900s.

In 1898 they built the Golden Coach that the queen of Netherlands (Holland) still uses today.

In 1903 Spyker introduced the world’s first six-cylinder, four-wheel drive car. In 1914 Spyker merged with the Dutch aircraft factory N.V. whose airplanes were used in WWI. The new company motto was “NullaTenaci invia estria” which translates to, ‘For the tenacious, no road is impassable.” In 1925 the company goes under due to the war. In 2000 Spyker was resurrected with the Spyker C8.

Only 240 cars were built from 2000 to 2018.
