1989 Porsche 911 / 930 Turbo
1989 Porsche 930 Turbo is significant as the final and only year the 930 was offered with a G50 5-speed gearbox, greatly improving drivability over the earlier 4-speed. Powered by a 3.3L turbocharged flat-six producing 282 hp, it delivers 0–60 mph in around 4.9 seconds and a top speed near 162 mph. Iconic for its wide “whale tail” spoiler, flared fenders, and raw turbo lag punch, the ’89 model blends classic 911 character with modern usability, making it one of the most desirable and collectible air-cooled Turbos. Production was limited to 639 coupes. This 28,000 mile example is finished in glacier white.
