1993 Land Rover  NAS Defender 110

This 1993 Land Rover Defender 110 is number 168 of just 500 North American Specification (NAS) units imported by Land Rover for a single model year—making it one of the rarest factory-produced Land Rovers ever offered in the U.S. Each vehicle was hand-built in Solihull, England, before being modified to meet U.S. federal safety and emissions standards. These modifications included a full external roll cage, side-facing rear jump seats, NAS-specific lighting, and reinforced bumpers.

Finished in Alpine White and powered by its original 3.9-liter V8 paired with a 5-speed manual transmission, No. 168 remains true to its factory specification.

As vintage 4x4s continue to rise in appreciation, the 1993 NAS Defender 110 stands apart—not only for its rarity, but for what it represents: the last of the truly analog, go-anywhere Land Rovers built before the brand shifted toward luxury.
