This 1997 Lotus Elise s1 was sold at Hayden's cars in Salisbury, England to a Scot, and ultimately passed down through the family before being sold at auction to a U.S. collector.

With only 12.5 thousand miles on it, it is a time capsule of 90s engineering and a perfect example of what a driver's car should be: lightweight and nimble.
