One of 156 U.S. examples (500 worldwide) with a carbon tub developed in house. 4.8L V10 engine, developed in partnership with Yamaha and considered to have one of best sounding exhausts of any car, ever. Lexus lost money on the LFA program, which was intended to be a testbed for new car technologies, including carbon fiber mass-production. This example was driven sparsely and has accumulated less than 800 miles.
